We're looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our expanding kitchen team

Are you a hard working individual who enjoys working in a busy but fun-filled enviroment? Our inn is popular with business and leisure guests, so our kitchen is busy - and our Kitchen Porter is key to making sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Stacking and emptying the dishwasher;
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy;
• Removing waste products from the kitchen area; and
• Supporting the kitchen team when needed.

It's a fast paced environment and the Kitchen Porter must be able to cope with the physical demands of the role.

In return, we are offering the successful candidate a rewarding role with scope for career progression and development.

There’s a competitive rate of pay as well as all the benefits of working for a growing and well respected company, including 28 days annual leave (rising to 33 days after 5 years), generous employee discounts, life assurance and much more.

The Beverley Arms has been welcoming visitors to the Yorkshire Wolds for over 200 years. The Georgian coaching inn, first opened its doors in 1794. Every inch of this landmark building has been lovingly restored with a few additional touches of modern inspiration along the way. Since buying the property in 2016, Daniel Thwaites has invested more than £6 million in rebuilding and refurbishing the property.

Thwaites was established in 1807 and to this day remains a family run Business. We have Hotels, Inns, Pubs and a Brewery and are focused on providing superb hospitality in outstanding properties in great locations –
