We’re looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our Conference & Events sales team

As an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator you will be pro-active and efficient with supporting the Sales Office Manager with all bedroom reservation, conference and events bookings. This is a vital role in our Sales team that requires providing quality and warm hospitality to all potential guests. You will be required to obtain bookings from initial enquiry through to completion.


Your day to day;

- To meet and greet guests on arrival at the business centre, show them to their meeting room,  be a point of contact should conference delegates require assistance

- Provide a high level of customer service to customers, companies and agents making bookings for bedroom reservations and conference or events bookings.

- Contribute towards the maximisation of sales of bedroom and conference facilities.

- Provide effective administration for all bookings and to communicate these effectively to all departments within the Hotel.

We need someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales to join our fantastic sales team.

Conference & Events are very important to our guests but they also mean a lot to us too; we pride ourselves on providing great facilities and experiences. You will need to identify opportunities to promote every part of the hotel, maximizing revenue and ensuring the guests get everything they want.  

You will be able to provide warm hospitality to customers, companies and agents making bookings whilst driving sales and achieving targets.
