Food & Drink Manager

We have a fantastic full time Food & Drink Manager role available. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is fun, proactive, outgoing and has a real passion for food and drink.

The UK food & drink industry is booming, with more people eating out than ever before - and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as our Food & Drink Manager and lead our Restaurant and Bar to future success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing the day to day operations of our Restaurant and Bar
  • Managing our large Food and Drink Team that has over 50 employees,
  • Complete daily administration including creating rotas, dealing with employee queries, completeing banking 
  • Organising training for differing levels of employees, including supervisors
  • Taking a proactive approach to continous improvement for operations and employees
  • Knowledge of wine/spirits pairing
