A friendly and enthusiastic Assistant Reception Manager wanted to provide the warmest of welcomes

Our reception team is the public face of our hotel; ensuring thousands of guests receive the warmest of welcomes.

As Assistant Reception Manager you'll be pivotal to ensuring they provide the highest standards of hospitality at all time and contribute to the success of the business.

You never know what the day might bring - but whatever it is we need our team to be helpful, friendly and solution-driven.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the Reception Department operates efficiently
  • Providing the highest standards of guest service
  • Assisting in the supervision and development of the Reception Team

If you are passionate about hospitality, a great communicator and have an eye for quality guest experience then this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone who is currently a hotel reception supervisor or deputy looking for a new challenge. Opera knowledge is desirable.
