A Night Porter is required to provide the warmest of welcomes and support the hotel operation

 

This is a varied role but you will ultimately be responsible for the safety and security of our guests as they sleep. 

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Checking in late arrivals
  • Cleaning and setting up meeting /conference rooms
  • Arranging newspapers and wake up calls
  • Ensuring the building and guests are safe and secure

 

Who are we looking for?

As Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Night Manager to ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night and early hours and ensure the safety and security of the guests. 

We're looking for a hard-working individual who doesn’t mind being a night owl and enjoys a variety of tasks. You will be able to stay calm and responsible whilst ensuring standards are maintained at all times and providing exceptional customer service. You will need excellent communication skills and be confident to work on your own initiative.

If you are self-motivated and can multi-task this could be the role for you. Personality and committment is what counts and whilst previous hotel experience and basic computer skills are an advantage, full training is provided.
