F&D Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated Food and Drink Supervisor to join our dynamic front of house team

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is friendly and motivated to join our front of house team as a Food and Drink Supervisor and it needs to be someone who is genuinely excited by the idea of a fast paced and expanding business.

It's a dynamic team in a busy location, so you never know what each shift might bring. We are open all day, every day and serve great quality food and drink in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

You will ensure your team are aware and prepared for their busy shifts but also be hands-on. We would look to you to champion high standards and help the team.

Some of our responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the department and manage in the absence of the Food & Drink Manager
  • Assisting the management team in delivering quality service and a great customer experience
  • Assisting with cash management and stock ordering
  • To be the point of call for any customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively

Under your leadership, the team will provide fantastic customer service; ensuring guests want to return again and again! Previous experience in a food and drink role is essential.
